Agatha Christie games

Agatha Christies Peril at End House

Operating System: PC/Mac

Rating: 2.5/5
Comments: The good thing about this game was if you returned to a scene and had to find say, a hand bell, it would be in the same place. It makes it easier to get through the epic HOs. I mean, some of the items got ridiculously small it was impossible to see them without a hint! And some weren't even specific, like you don't say "horse" when you're meant to find a seahorse!

The plot is like the novel I imagine, M Poirot trying to solve a mysterious series of murders. The game could have been improved if there had been spoken dialogue instead of having to read a mini novel in the game itself. Maybe even a journal in case you missed something would have helped it along.

Agatha Christie's Death on the Nile

Comments: Following on from playing the other Poirot game, this was the next on the list. I was pleased that they kept with the same art style. Same as the other one, since I have read the book I kinda knew who did it but it's still a fun game, full of plot twists and such. I did like how the photos were set out like real old photos with the white edges to make it easier.

You could question the suspects individually so you got more a feel who was who, unlike the other one. It also gives you a small biography of each person to help you along.
